What to Expect

Access Equipment
We setup our access equipment, which may consist of scaffold towers, ladders, specialist roof ladders, harnesses and long-reach poles
Moss Removed
We carefully remove the moss with brushes and scraping tools. We then sweep down the roof and clear out the moss from the gutter internals
Tiles Replaced
As it’s common to find broken or chipped tiles under the moss, we remove and replace them, up to the limit set in the contract
Biocide Applied
We then use our long reach pole to spray the entire roof with a strong biocide, this prevents the moss from regrowing for years to come

The Process
