Bungalow
From £600
We can offer very competitive prices for bungalows as access is usually much easier and quicker.
Prices start from £600 for a small 1 or 2 bed property with an “up and over” 2-sided roof where we can complete the work in a day.
Prices for larger roofs, those with more than two sides, a garage etc are calculated at approximately £500 per day worked.
Chalet bungalows are priced the same as regular houses due to the steepness of the roof.
Small Terraced
From £750
1 or 2 bed terrace, end of terrace or very small semi-detached 2-sided roof with access to the front and rear gardens.
Expected work duration: Between 1 and 2 days.
Typical price £750-1000
Typical Semi
From £900
Semi-detached properties with easy access and with a bigger roof area, perhaps including a small porch or similar.
Expected work duration: 2 days
Typical price: Around £1000
Small/Med Detached
From £1100
Prices for small or medium-sized detached properties vary and are highly dependent on how easily the roof can be accessed and whether a cherry picker or other specialist equipment is required.
Prices start at around £1100 for a simple up-and-over 2-sided roof on a detached property and from £1500 if your roof has 4 or more sides or including a garage etc.
Large Detached
From £poa
Contact us for a price if you have a larger roof. How easily we can access the roof needs to be assessed but we may be able to provide you with an estimate from photos or a fixed quote after visiting the property.
We have worked on larger detached homes from £2500 to £6000 but the price is very dependant on access, tile type and the size of the roof.
